• preview of the program with the option to add lectures of interest along with a time reminder;

Access to the app only for registered and paid congress participants. The application uses the email address provided during registration: the invitation comes from the address no-reply@meetingapplication.com, please add the email address to the mail exceptions so that any updates do not disappear in the SPAM folder. 

Updates to the list of participants in the application are made on Mondays and Fridays at 12 pm.

User Instructions for the SIE Conference App

1. Download the app Please download the app onto your phone. You can find the link on our website: https://soroptimistkrakow2025.com/app

2. Open the app Once the download is complete, tap the app icon to open it.

3. Log in and set your password Tap "Log in". Now, you will set a password for your account.

• Enter the email address you used to register for the SIE2025 event.

• Next, tap the button that says "Magic link" or "I forgot my password".

• You will receive an email from no-reply@meetingapplication.com. Please check your inbox.

• Important: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your SPAM folder. Some email providers may block this message. To prevent this, you can add our email address to your safe senders list.

4. Create your new password Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password for your account. Then, return to the app and log in to the congress.

5. Your profile and menu Accept the standard user agreement, and you will see the main menu. You can edit your profile at any time by tapping on your name. Here you can add, change, or remove your information.

6. Use the Feed Wall We invite you to use the Feed Wall. It’s a space to share your thoughts on various topics with other attendees and a great way to arrange meetings. Enjoy the event!
